Get Involved in Your Local Program

Local, county-based CASA Programs throughout New Jersey, assist both the Family Court and the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP) in serving the best interests of New Jersey's abused and neglected children. Trustee and Advocate volunteers are needed in every CASA Program. If you would like to become a volunteer or have special skills or resources to share, please contact your nearest CASA Program.

You can find a CASA Program in any county in New Jersey by clicking on the county name on the map to the left.

The CASA volunteer advocate experience is unlike any other volunteer experience out there, and there are a number of minimum requirements that must be met in order to become an advocate. All volunteer advocates must be at least 21 years of age, complete a 30-hour training curriculum, submit to background checks, and commit to a minimum of one year as a CASA volunteer.
